TOPSEAL is a water-based asphalt waterproofing coating made from modified and cured bitumen. It is manufactured according to American specifications ASTM D 1227 TYPE 111. The base color of this coating is dark brown. After application and drying, it changes to a deep black color and forms a flexible protective layer. The final layer is strong and prevents water or vapor penetration.
